My work spanned loyalty, customer management, payments, and internal operational tools. The challenge was often balancing what merchants needed to run their businesses with systems that had to scale across many different restaurant types and workflows.

Over time, my role expanded from designing individual features to shaping reusable patterns across products merchants relied on every day.
